服用方法：用5克保質期內的綠茶，一小盒藥粉，和 2杯水（1 Pint) 混合均勻，用小火慢慢煮，水開後關火，過濾出大約450毫升藥液，每天分早中晚三次，飯後半小時服用，一次喝150毫升。沒溶解完的藥渣可以一起喝。中藥和西藥間隔一小時服用。To prepare: Mix 5 grams of green tea leaves with one container of the Chinese herbal powder and 2 cups (1 pint) of water. Cook the mixture at a low temperature, and when it reaches a boil, turn off the heat. Filter off the remaining decoction (about 450 ml). Divide this into three portions of 150 ml each, and take one portion approximately 30 minutes after each of breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can drink any dregs from the mixture with the liquid. The herbal decoction should be taken one hour apart from any other medication you are taking.
備註：服藥期間不要吃薑。不要洗澡。保持正常的飯量。每天身體活動鍛煉。每天多做蹲起活動。Note: Do not eat ginger on days you take this herbal decoction. Also, avoid bathing. Eat normal amounts of food. Every day be physically active; squatting exercises are beneficial.
