Recruitment instructions for Sleemon Milan International Design Center
1)常务经理岗位要求（男女不限）
1.具备大学本科或以上的学历；
2.具备第二语言或第一语言为意大利语以及具备英语或西班牙语为辅助语言者；
3.熟悉意大利当地法律法规，了解意大利商业操作规则者；
4.具备在意大利工作经验至少2年或以上，有责任心，有中等或以上文书独立处理能力；
5.具备多语种流畅沟通能力，思维严谨，行为得体，能充分；
6.具备高级审美能力，熟悉设计，熟悉欧州文化以及本土生活，外形良好者。
1) Job requirements of executive manager (male or female)
1. Bachelor degree or above;
2. Speakers of Second or first language Italian and English or Spanish as auxiliary languages;
3. Familiar with Local laws and regulations in Italy and business operation rules in Italy;
4. Have at least 2 years working experience in Italy, have a sense of responsibility, have medium or above independent document processing ability;
5. Fluent multilingual communication skills, rigorous thinking, appropriate behavior, sufficient;
6. Advanced aesthetic ability, familiar with design, familiar with European culture and local life, good appearance.
2） 常务经理职责范畴
1. 全面负责组建喜临门国际设计中心办公室场所的筹备工作；
2. 配合负责人完善喜临门国际设计中心的工作制度并执行；
3. 负责日常中心运营工作
4. 辅助负责人日常工作，处理中心日常文件以及对外商务接待；
5. 负责对接处理与总部的日常汇报与组织工作；
6. 负责总部人员来意的组织接待工作。
2) Responsibilities of the executive manager
1. Responsible for the preparation of the office site of Sleemon International Design Center;
2. Cooperate with the person in charge to improve the working system of Sleemon International Design Center and implement it;
3. Responsible for daily center operation
4. Assisted the responsible person in daily work, handled the daily documents of the center and received foreign business;
5. Responsible for docking, handling and daily reporting and organizing work of the headquarters;
6. Responsible for the organization and reception of visitors from the headquarters.
