Mandarin Chinese being your mothertongue, with excellent English and good Italian language, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries through online platforms. This role involves coordinating with our larger customer service team in China and overseeing interactions on social media channels like WeChat and Little Red Book. If you're passionate about customer care and the digital world, we'd love to have you!
Responsibilities:
Online Customer Support: handle customer inquiries from Chinese clients via the company's provided tools
Team Coordination: Collaborate with our customer service team based in China to ensure seamless service delivery
Social Media Management: Monitor and engage with customer comments and private messages on WeChat and Little Red Book
Feedback Management: document customer feedback and insights to improve future customer experience
Qualifications:
Mothertongue Mandarin Chinese - mandatory
Excellent English and good Italian language- mandatory
Prior experience in customer service or online community management - optional
