Position: After Sales Engineer
Location: Cities Nearby Milan
Most of the time Working at home
Language: English ( Chinese is preferred)
The job description:
1. Responsible for assisting customers to deal with some basic technical problems through emails and phone calls;
2. Responsible for the after-sales problems and recording statistics and feedback;
3. Responsible for quality assurance and extended warranty;
4. Responsible for visiting domestic and overseas customers;
5. Responsible for on-site technical support;
6. Responsible for the instant treatment of the problem of machines that have been shipped;
7. Responsible for installation training and introduction of new machines for customers;
8. Responsible for dealing with the canceled orders, finding out, analyzing and recording the reason why the cancellation happens
9. Responsible for assisting R&D to do some functional tests.
The Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. At least 1-year working experience in the relevant industry, overseas study or working experience is preferred;
3. Responsible, patient and careful, strong in communication, able to timely record feedback problems;
4. Keen observation and insight, coordination ability, able to solve problems quickly.

2、负责售后问题并记录统计和反馈;
3、负责质量保证和延保;
4、负责拜访国内外客户;
5、负责现场技术支持;
6、负责对已出货机器问题的即时处理;
7、负责为客户进行安装培训和新机介绍;
8. 负责处理被取消的订单,找出、分析和记录被取消的原因
9. 负责协助研发做一些功能测试。
工作要求:
1、大专及以上学历;
2、至少1年相关行业工作经验,有海外留学或工作经验者优先;
3. 有责任心,耐心细心,沟通能力强,能及时记录反馈问题;
4. 具有敏锐的观察力和洞察力,协调能力强,能够快速解决问题。
