工作职责Responsibilities:
1. 负责前台接待,接待公司访客;Responsible for reception at the front desk, reception of company visitors;
2. 负责组织公司或访客的各种活动和会议安排;Responsible for organizing various activities and meetings of the company or visitors;
3. 负责行政工作,如:办公室和公寓的7S管理;办公车辆管理;文具和旅行社预订;翻译公司&快递对接等;Responsible for administrative work, like 7S management of offices and apartments; Office vehicle management; Stationery; Travel agency booking; Translation company & Express interface and etcs;
4. 协助公司法律/人力资源等部门处理本地联络等相关工作;Acting as contact point of European office and assisting the Legal /HR & other departments to handle relevant works;
5. 完成领导交办的其他临时工作。Complete other temporary work assigned by leaders.
任职要求Requirements:
1. 2年行政相关工作经验;2 years of administrative related work experience;
2. 良好的表达能力、协调能力、优秀的服务意识和执行力;Good expression, coordination ability, excellent service awareness and execution;
3. 良好的办公软件技能;Good office software skills ;
4. 英语和意大利语可作为工作语言;English and Italian can be used as working language;
