Our HR Team works passionately to deliver to all our hardworking employees a smooth and positive working experience. To ensure so, the ideal candidate will join the Team to support in 360° HR Operations, like:
1. Talent Acquisition
· Management of the selection process, including but not limited to drafting of job descriptions in collaboration with line managers, screening, and scheduling interviews.
· External Relation management with universities and associations.
2. Internship Management
· Activation of curricular and extra internships.
· Drafting of training projects of internship.
3. Onboarding
· Management of the on-boarding for new colleagues, transmission of company values.
4. Training Management
· Management of deadlines and organization of new mandatory training courses for employees.
· Organization of learning courses for employees.
5. Retail performance evaluation
· Daily communication with retail team and participate business meetings.
· Set up and optimize the evaluation process of Retail Field force following the instruction of the company.
6. Other HR matters
· Management of company safety (relationship with RSPP and occupational doctor);
· Support the planning of Company events;
· Provide creative suggestions to support the team and optimization of internal processes;
· Data Analysis and Reporting on company workforce.
Requirements:
Hard:
1. At least 2/3 years of experience as HR Generalist;
2. Excellent knowledge of Italian and English, knowledge of Chinese will be an advantage;
3. University Degree in humanistic studies or Equivalent;
4. Advanced computer skills, especially Excel; Soft:
5. Hands-on-things attitude;
6. Team player;
7. Target oriented and data driven approach;
8. Ambitious yet Humble mindset;
9. Able to keep information confidential;
10. Passion for HR functions.
