Main activities and responsibilities:
1. Bug record and follow up: record the bug information reported by ops team, report to tech team and follow up its updates until fixed.
2. Onsite product test:Test new functions/issues onsite and give details feedback; Bluetooth&iot test&trouble shooting
3. User Ops: In-app communication setup; price changing; new city setup; etc.
4. Data analyst: Analyst operation/product data, identifying the key issues and area of improvement.
5. Competitor product research: Information collection and function analyst of the product of competitors product.
6. Product optimize suggestion collection: Recognize pain point of operation and assess its priority based on daily observation and the understanding of current operation strategy.
7. Other supportive work

Request:
1. Good communication skills, fluent in English and Mandarin. Fluent Italian as a preference.
2. Good logical think skill, problem-oriented and hands on
3. Strong skill in data analysis and Excel. SQL as a preference.

Working hours & site:
15h/week，half onsite(Bologna/Florence/Milan/Turin) & half work from home
