主要职责：
负责航空公司客票订座、出票等基本销售业务，协助销售市场拓展及渠道客户维护、旅客服务等售前及售后相关工作，协助完成日常业务相关的行政等工作
Responsibilities:
1. Answer phone inquiry from agents and customers.
2. Serve walk in agents and customers.
3. General sales, including ticketing reservations, exchanges and refunds (BSP ticket refunds etc.).
4. Book value-added products, including STPC and limousine reservation etc.
5. Handle flight schedule change; inform agents and passengers of schedule change, including flight cancellation or delay.
6. Apply for and confirm the service requests including seats reservation, wheelchair, unaccompanied children, special meal, etc.
7. Register Eastern Miles membership and perform related processes.
8. Handle agent and customer complaints.
9. Attend and participate in events, conferences, workshops and meetings that are relevant to the position.
10. Seek potential cooperation opportunities via consulting with business partners.
11. Other things followed the instructions of manager.

基本要求：
-大学本科以上学历，具备良好的学习能力，同时具备较强的中文、英文、意大利语听说读写能力，良好的人际沟通能力，耐心细致，具有团队合作精神，有亲和力。
-熟练应用微软办公软件（Excel、word、PPT等）
-有航空业或旅游行业从业经验者优先,.
- 其他：拥有意大利合法居留
Requirement and Qualification:
-Bachelor's degree or above, with excellent learning ability, proficient in both written and spoken Chinese English and Italian, strong communication skills, patient and meticulous, possess teamwork spirit, approachable.
-Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
-Aviation Industry or Tourism Industry Experiences Preferred. the experiences mentioned above the professional requirements may be relaxed appropriately.
-Others: Possessing a legal Italian residence permit
