Taking its name from the Japanese word for the sea urchin, a Japanese delicacy, the Andrew Martin-designed restaurant and sushi bar is open for lunch and dinner, Monday to Saturday inclusive.
The creation of former Nobu chef Rolando Ongcoy, the menu at UNI offers a selection of grilled meats and fish such as succulent Wagyu beef and juicy black cod, the highest quality sushi and sashimi, and an inventive selection of tempura and maki with perfectly balanced sharp flavours and an accent on colour. The Peruvian influence is prevalent throughout UNI’s menu, with touches such as an anticucho sauce with the black cod as well as ceviche and tiraditos peruano.

Accompanied by an excellent wine list and selection of creative cocktails such as a coconut-based Chili Mojito and the Peruvian favourite, Pisco Sour, UNI’s menu is designed to cater for both those looking for a delicious meal in a relaxed and stylish environment as well as guests looking for a light bite with a drink in the bar.
UNI also offers a range of delicious seven-dish bento boxes available in the bar; ideal for those with time-constraints or heading back to the office, as well as a full range of outside catering options; perfect for office functions, meetings and events.
